STORE POLICY

Privacy:

SONOLA  will never share private information given by its customers. We respect all of our customers' privacy. 

Shipping:

SONOLA  currently only accepts and ships orders from the United States and currently does not accept international orders. When an order is processed we will send a tracking number and confirmation email. An order will take 3-5 business days to process. Deliveries can take 1-2 weeks unless specified otherwise at checkout. I.e. faster shipping speeds.SONOLA uses USPS for shipping and is not responsible for any delays that occur as a result of the shipping carrier. This includes holidays and COVID delays. All orders are shipped to the address that are designated at checkout. SONOLA is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen shipments. As a result of demand orders cannot be canceled and are processed as received.

Return Policy:

SONOLA currently does not accept exchanges or refunds. All website purchases. SONOLA staff always inspect the quality of all products to ensure optimal quality.

Limited supply:

Due to demand and order volume all items are limited stock.  We do our best to give accurate stock alerts and that products displayed are available. However due to limited stock and demand we cannot guarantee products would be available for purchase.  If the situation occurs where someone purchased an item that was previously discontinued or the items are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and will usher a full refund to items that have not been shipped.

Security:

SONOLA values the privacy of its customers and will not share any customer data.
